Dashboard Overview
Your Qrius Codes dashboard is the hub for managing, tracking, and organizing all your QR codes. Let’s walk through the key sections.
Sidebar Navigation
Section titled “Sidebar Navigation”On the left side of your dashboard, you’ll find:
Home Main dashboard overview with quick stats and recent activity.
QR Codes View all your QR codes in a searchable, filterable list.
Create Launch the 4-step wizard to generate a new QR code (also available via the big orange button).
Templates Save and reuse custom branding styles—colors, logos, frames—so you don’t rebuild designs from scratch.
Settings Manage your profile, team, billing, API keys, and security.
Quick Stats
Section titled “Quick Stats”At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see four key metrics:
- Total QR Codes — How many you’ve created (your plan limit shown)
- Scans This Month — Real-time scan count
- Team Members — How many people have access to your account
- API Requests — If you’re on Pro or Business, your API usage this month
These update in real-time as your QR codes get scanned.
QR Code List
Section titled “QR Code List”Below the stats, your QR codes are displayed as cards or rows (toggle between views with the grid/list icon).
Card View (Default)
Section titled “Card View (Default)”Each card shows:
- Thumbnail preview of your QR code (with any custom colors, logo, frame you designed)
- Campaign name (or auto-generated name if you didn’t give it one)
- QR type badge (URL, WiFi, Text, etc.)
- Status indicator (Active, Draft, or Paused)
- Quick actions (menu with edit, copy link, delete, etc.)
List View
Section titled “List View”Condensed rows with:
- QR code thumbnail (smaller)
- Campaign name
- Type and status
- Creation date
- Scan count
- Inline action buttons
Filters & Search
Section titled “Filters & Search”Search Box Type a campaign name, URL, or keyword to instantly find your QR code.
Status Tabs Filter by All, Active, Draft, or Paused codes. Draft QR codes are work-in-progress and don’t track scans.
Folders Organize your codes into custom folders (e.g., “Marketing 2025”, “Social Media”, “Events”). Click a folder to filter the list.
Sort & View Sort by newest, oldest, most scanned, or alphabetical. Toggle between card and list views.
Creating a New QR Code
Section titled “Creating a New QR Code”Click the orange Create button (top-right, or in the sidebar) to launch the wizard. You can also click + New from within any folder.
Editing & Managing QR Codes
Section titled “Editing & Managing QR Codes”Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”Hover over a QR code card or click the three-dot menu to:
- Edit — Change the destination URL (for URL-type codes)
- Copy Link — Get the tracking link to share
- Download — Re-download in PNG, SVG, or PDF
- View Analytics — See scans, geolocation, device breakdowns
- Pause/Resume — Temporarily turn off tracking
- Delete — Permanently remove the code
Edit Destination URL
Section titled “Edit Destination URL”For URL-type QR codes, you can update where the code points without changing the QR image itself. This is the power of dynamic codes—adjust your campaigns on the fly.
Folders
Section titled “Folders”Organize your QR codes into folders by clicking New Folder or right-clicking a code to move it.
Folder actions:
- Create a new folder
- Rename an existing folder
- Move codes in and out
- Delete a folder (codes stay in your account, just lose the folder)
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”Click any QR code to open its detail page. Here you’ll find:
- Total scans over time (daily and hourly charts)
- Geography — Which countries and regions your code was scanned
- Technology — Browser, OS, and device breakdown
- Sources — Referrer and click-through data
All analytics are collected automatically—no setup needed. Scans are tracked for:
- Free plan: 7 days
- Starter: 90 days
- Pro: 1 year
- Business: Unlimited history
Team Members
Section titled “Team Members”If you’re on a paid plan, you can invite team members to collaborate. They can create, edit, and track QR codes together. Manage team members and permissions in Settings > Team.
Mobile Dashboard
Section titled “Mobile Dashboard”The dashboard is fully responsive. On mobile, the sidebar collapses into a bottom navigation bar, and QR code cards stack vertically for easy scrolling.
Pro Tips
Section titled “Pro Tips”-
Use campaign names — Instead of “https://example.com/sale-2025”, name it “Black Friday Campaign”. It’s easier to spot in your list.

Organize with folders — Group codes by marketing channel, event, or date for faster navigation.

Check analytics weekly — See what’s working and adjust your strategy.

Duplicate successful designs — In the Templates section, save a design you love and reuse it across campaigns.
