Refund Policy
We stand behind our product. If you’re not happy with Qrius Codes, you can get a refund.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Section titled “14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”If you upgrade to a paid plan and change your mind within 14 days, we’ll refund your full payment. No questions asked.
How to request a refund:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Request Refund (visible if you qualify).
- Tell us why (optional — helps us improve).
- Confirm.
- We’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
After 14 days, refunds are not automatic, but we’re happy to help if something went wrong. Contact support and we’ll figure it out.
What Happens After Refund?
Section titled “What Happens After Refund?”When we refund you:
- Your account downgrades to Free immediately.
- All your QR codes keep working (they don’t disappear).
- You can create up to 5 QR codes again (Free limits).
- You’ll have 7 days of scan history instead of 1 year (or whatever your plan was).
Your existing codes stay live. We don’t delete anything. Just your limits reset to Free.
No Refunds After 14 Days (But We’re Reasonable)
Section titled “No Refunds After 14 Days (But We’re Reasonable)”Outside the 14-day window, refunds aren’t automatic. But we’re not robots. If:
- Your account was compromised and charged without your permission.
- You were double-charged by mistake.
- We had an outage that broke your workflow.
- Something genuinely went wrong on our end.
Contact support with details and we’ll make it right.
Downgrade vs. Refund
Section titled “Downgrade vs. Refund”These are different things:
- Downgrade: Switch from Pro to Free (or Pro to Starter). Your subscription continues, but you pay less. Use this if you don’t need the full plan.
- Refund: Get your money back for the current billing period and your account reverts to Free. Use this if you don’t want to keep paying at all.

Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”Want to stop paying but keep your QR codes working? Just downgrade to Free. You keep everything — all your codes, analytics, everything — you just hit the Free tier limits. Upgrade anytime if you need more codes.
Want a fresh start? Cancel your subscription and your account gets paused. You can reactivate anytime, and your codes are still there.
Annual Billing Refunds
Section titled “Annual Billing Refunds”Bought annual billing and want out? If you’re within 14 days, we refund the full year. After 14 days, we can refund a prorated amount for unused months. Contact support to discuss.
Example: You bought annual Pro ($304) on January 1st. On March 15th (over 14 days), you cancel. We’d refund roughly $213 for the remaining 9 months.
Refund Processing Time
Section titled “Refund Processing Time”Refunds go back to your original payment method (the card you used). Your bank typically processes it within 2–5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Payment Issues? Account Got Charged Twice?
Section titled “Payment Issues? Account Got Charged Twice?”Contact us immediately. We’ll refund incorrect charges right away and figure out what happened. We’re here to help.
Company Policy
Section titled “Company Policy”This refund policy applies to individual and team accounts. If you’re an enterprise customer with a custom contract, your agreement supersedes this policy.
